The room felt cramped, I could barely move around with my luggage. The air conditioning barely worked. It was hot during the night. The noise level was HIGH, I could hear everything happening in the hallway. It ruined my trip. I NEEDED a more relaxing experience, not this.

the location rocks! it was super easy to get around. the tram from the airport was easy, and i walked to the market and beach. the reception staff were cheerful (always smiling!). they suggested a great restaurant nearby for dinner.

The walls were thin. I could hear everything from other rooms. i was very fortunate that my neighbors turned off their tv at midnight.

the staff at breakfast are hardworking and smiling. they were attentive to every need. the hotel also offers accessible water coolers, cafe machines and sweets, a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! i really appreciated their service and attention.
